Aura Lafeuillee – Acting Managing Director

Ms. Aurea Lafeuillee joined the Bank in June 2004, with many years’ experience as an Accountant in the private sector. She is a qualified teacher, having taught in her formative years at the secondary school level. Her current responsibilities include managing the Bank’s investment portfolio, financial planning and reporting.

She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FICB). Ms. Lafeuillee has recently been appointed Managing Director (Ag).

Sandra Fontenelle – Country Manager

Sandra Fontenelle has twenty-two (22) years financial services experience in retail, business and corporate banking. She started her career in banking as a management trainee and has experience in Sales, Human Resource Management and banking operations. Sandra served as Country Manager for RBC St. Lucia from 2015 to 2021 after leading a regional sub-group (St. Kitts/Nevis & Montserrat) as Area Vice President. As part of the acquisition of RBC by 1st National Bank, Sandra joined the 1st National team, remaining in the role of Country Manager. She is a Sales coach, mentor and chief integrator of all units in the St. Lucia operations. Sandra models her professional behaviour around a robust code of conduct. On the lighter side she loves music has a growth mindset and loves to travel and gym.

Clarette Auguste-Taylor – Executive Manager, Risk, Compliance, Recoveries & Securities

Clarette Auguste-Taylor has been working with 1st  National Bank St. Lucia Limited from January 1994.

Upon her return home from her studies in London, she was initially appointed as Internal Auditor. In 2000 she was promoted to head the Credit Risk Department and is currently the Executive Manager, Risk, Compliance, Recoveries and Securities having been appointed to the position in October 2013.

Mrs. Auguste-Taylor has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of Banking and Finance.
