Introduction

Ms. Delia Charlemagne is a banking veteran of 45 years joining Chase Manhattan Bank in 1971, CIBC St. Lucia and Canada, NCB (now Bank of Saint Lucia), and finally retiring from Scotiabank in 2016. From 1972, she has held many Senior positions in her career specific to Electronic services, launched Internet services, Merchant services, Credit and Debit Cards in St. Lucia and throughout the Eastern Caribbean, Barbados, and St. Maarten. She is a founding member of the Bankers Association of St. Lucia and is a (FICB) fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers and was certified by York and Ryerson University in Management Development in Banking and Finance. She is an avid tennis fan, participated in volleyball at the National level, launched Scotia Kiddy Cricket in St. Lucia and the other EC countries.
